Some homes just have a certain easygoing feel to them. This place in Legacy Nova Villas at Jumeirah Park has that. I actually found myself pausing in the entryway watching patches of sunlight moving across the living room floor. Sometimes you only notice it after you walk around for a while. The minute you come in, that L shaped living and dining area really opens up. It feels like a space that would see everyday family dinners and those rare big gatherings where everyone is laughing over each other. The kitchen sits partly open on one side you can tell it is meant for real cooking not just takeaway boxes. I stood there for a minute picturing the smell of coffee in the morning drifting out as the sun comes up. The Jumeirah Park Pavilion is close enough that you can stroll over for coffee or pick up a few groceries without even thinking about it. Plus the new clubhouse they are building is only a short drive away so once that opens it will only add to the feeling that this part of Jumeirah Park is always getting better. Sometimes you see families biking in the evenings and even the traffic is not much of an issue here.

Honestly the house feels bigger than its numbers show. Over four thousand eight hundred square feet of built up area and a plot above five thousand two hundred square feet means you never feel boxed in. The entire Legacy Nova Villas community actually has a relaxed rhythm to it everyone sort of knows each other in passing and the greenery is well kept compared to some other places.
