I have stopped by in the evenings and you see neighbors out for walks, sometimes kids on bikes, and the community clubhouse is just around the corner. That also means the entrance is right nearby, so getting in and out for school runs or groceries never feels like a chore. Schools and everything else you might need are easy to reach.
