Building 10, City Walk
Some homes just have a way of making you want to stay a little longer. This four bedroom penthouse in Building 10 at City Walk did exactly that for me. I found myself just opening the balcony door and letting the city sound drift in for a while because there is something honest about the way it feels up here. You look out and you can see the Burj Khalifa in the distance and you get this real sense of being right in one of Dubai's energetic neighborhoods, but somehow above it all at the same time.
The apartment is already fully furnished. Not staged in that hotel kind of way, but genuinely ready for a family or even if you just want more space for yourself. It felt easy to picture a life here. You walk inside and the open plan living and dining area greets you quietly, not shouting for attention. It spills onto three different balconies, and I found myself just lingering by the railing, watching all the city energy below. At night it must be something else, with all those lights along the boulevard. The kitchen actually feels like somewhere you might cook for real, maybe even pull up a friend or two to help while music plays low in the background.
The four bedrooms are all en suite. So there is this little feeling of privacy in every corner. The master bedroom is set up for long mornings and slower routines, with one of the most generous walk in wardrobes I've seen in City Walk. The balcony there is genuinely private too. It is one of those spots where you could linger with your coffee and just watch the sky change. There is also a maid's room with its own en suite, which is practical for families or even visiting help. It makes things easy without anyone bumping elbows in the morning.
The whole penthouse is stretched out over a pretty significant space. With over four thousand square feet, you never feel boxed in here. The way the layout works, you always seem to have a bit of wall between you and the outside world, and yet the light just pours in pretty much all day. It is the sort of place where you can host friends, keep things quiet for yourself, or have a few people come for dinner and still never run out of room.
City Walk itself is right beneath you. Honestly, sometimes you will just head down and realise you never feel far from what you need. There are all these little cafes tucked beside big name restaurants, and there is usually a couple of people walking dogs or young families out for a stroll. You sometimes catch live music trickling from the square on a weekend. Evenings here have that slightly European town feel. It is busy but not cramped. The nice thing is, if you want a nervous morning coffee, you never have to walk too far, and everything in Downtown Dubai is just a quick drive. You do get the best of both worlds, really. That urban buzz but enough space to find a pocket of calm.
The building itself is modern but not cold. There is a real mix of people living here, you see young professionals, families, some folks that seem to just love the area's energy. Security is easygoing yet always around, lifts move quick, and the parking setup just works. You do not notice any fuss with building amenities but the main thing is how close you are to City Walk's shopping, gyms, and everything else you might actually use.
It probably sounds like I am going on, but really, it feels like a place you can just wake up and start living in. You remember why people love Dubai for its lifestyle and sense of possibility. If you are looking for a penthouse in City Walk, especially something with both the privacy and energy you rarely get together, this spot might have what you need.
The only way you know for sure is by seeing it for yourself. If you have any questions or want to just come for a walk through, honestly, reach out anytime. We are always here to help, and at LuxuryProperty.com, we really do want your next move to feel as comfortable as possible.
