The balcony actually runs the whole width of the apartment so even from the living room you just step out if you want a bit of fresh air. That is something you do not always get in a city apartment.

Because La Cote is the first project at Port de La Mer you get the best pick of spots. Here you are tucked into a low rise cluster the buildings are never too tall so it feels open and friendly. Residents always seem to be out walking or heading to the private beach or you catch them grabbing a coffee on the promenade. Between shopping and dining you never feel cutoff but you also do not get the typical Dubai rush. It just feels easy. Sometimes you see kids biking near the water in the evening you do not always get that anywhere in the city.

There is a main road running right past the community so getting into downtown Dubai or other parts of Jumeirah really is simple. That is something practical but you will notice it day to day.
