There is a lounge area where people really do hang out, plus a games room, and even a spot for the kids to play if you have family visiting. One thing you should definitely check out is the Observation Deck. From there, honestly, the city looks different and you get a full view of Dubai Creek all the way out to the Burj Khalifa and back. It is not just for show, you will probably end up bringing friends there just to see it for themselves.

The neighborhood itself has this mix of quiet and life. The marina is right close, Downtown Dubai does not feel far when you want it, and yet you are just a few moments away from places where joggers, kids on bikes, and morning coffee cups seem to be the main thing.
