Garden Homes Frond E, Garden Homes, Palm Jumeirah
Some homes just make you want to linger in the doorway for a minute before taking your shoes off. This five bedroom villa in Garden Homes on Palm Jumeirah feels exactly like that. You step in and it has that hush that you get from private places near the sea. There was a little breeze through the entry and I think you hear the ocean here more than you would expect. It is set out across three floors in a style you do not see too often these days on the Palm and honestly it feels comforting just wandering through.
You start on the ground floor and it is open but not sterile at all. Sometimes big villas feel a bit empty. Not this one. The living and dining space actually feels like somewhere you would hang out with everyone, whether you have folks over for dinner or kids doing their homework on the table. The kitchen is right off to the side and you will notice it is the type of space where someone actually cooks real meals. I liked the way the natural light fell in there late morning. Probably good for bread if you are into baking or just want to sit for a coffee early on a Friday. Just off the foyer there is that family room which is honestly handy for so many things. If you are working from home or need a spot for a movie night with the kids, it just works. Sometimes it's easy to forget your phone in a space like that. On the back side of the downstairs you have your laundry and a proper maid's room tucked away so daily life stays pretty smooth. Also the garage fits two cars and you do not need to do the awkward car shuffling when people visit which is a little thing but it matters.
Head upstairs and you will notice the bedrooms are big without feeling over the top. Each one has its own bathroom so no lines in the morning which everyone appreciates. The master suite is up on the top floor with a balcony that looks out over the sea and you can actually see the Atlantis Hotel off in the distance. Sometimes you stand there and forget you are in a city because all you hear is the water. One of the other bedrooms faces the front and it has this huge terrace that is perfect in the winter afternoons. It is just about the right size to throw out some chairs and watch the sunset or just take in the peace while the city hums quietly behind you.
If you like a bit of green you will enjoy the garden. It is put together with real care and has proper grass, not the fake stuff. There are actual flowers and fruiting trees here so it looks and smells nice especially after it rains which happens sometimes in winter. Between the villa and the sea there is a private swimming pool. That is where you will end up most afternoons I think. Kids love it of course and it is pretty easy to watch over them while you relax. The best part though is that straight out from your garden you have your very own piece of private beach. Honestly you do not see that everywhere and it makes a difference. Early mornings can be almost silent except for a few people jogging by or someone paddleboarding. At night you get these amazing views of both the Atlantis and the new Royal Atlantis. You see them glowing from your garden. It feels a little bit unreal sometimes.
Life on Palm Jumeirah is kind of its own thing. You are surrounded by all sorts of places to eat and shop and the new Nakheel Mall is just a quick drive away. Coffee shops, bakeries, little stores tucked down the side streets. Sometimes you see families out for a stroll or kids biking along the beach road. You get proper city life but with a holiday feeling every day. The villa itself is about six thousand square feet inside and sits on a plot that gives you space to breathe, seven thousand three hundred eighty eight square feet altogether.
The only real way to know if this spot fits the way you want to live is to come see it. If you want to check it out or have any questions at all just reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make every move feel as comfortable and real as possible.
