Four Seasons Private Residences, Sharm El Sheikh
Sometimes you walk into a place and the air just feels a bit softer. That happened for me here at the Four Seasons Private Residences in Sharm el Sheikh. The sun just warms everything as you step up to this five bedroom villa and there is something about the Egyptian coastline light that makes you slow down a little. The look outside welcomes you first. There is this carved woodwork on the porch that catches your eye before you even reach for the key. It reminds you of the old world but never in a dated way. And by the time you step inside, you can tell this is not just another villa for sale in Sharm el Sheikh. You are in for something different.
The living room is where I landed first, just sort of drawn in by the double height ceilings and the way sunlight moves across the room through the big windows. It feels both private and open at the same time. You almost forget the Red Sea is just around the corner because it all feels so peaceful. I loved how the living room leads right out onto a big porch. You can just picture yourself sitting out there with a coffee in the morning, letting the day unfold slowly. There is space everywhere but it never seems too much. The whole place makes sense. The ground floor has a dining room that feels elegant but never stuffy. The kitchen here is actually made for cooking. There is real workspace and plenty of storage, so you do not feel like you have to keep tidying up before anyone sees. You can close the door and leave your mess for later. There is even a maid's room tucked in the back where it stays out of the way, letting the rest of the villa breathe.
As you wander, you find a guest suite on the first floor. It is like a private mini flat with its own walk in closet and bathroom. I noticed how the office looks out over the garden. Crack the window and you might even catch a bit of birdsong. There is a lounge down here too. It is the sort of spot you could tuck into with a coffee table book and lose an afternoon. The villa gives you space to switch off from the busy world for a while.
Upstairs is really where it finds its rhythm. There is a rotunda in the middle that creates this open view down to the living area. Each bedroom has its own balcony. The coastal ones feel especially nice in the afternoon when the light gets low and warm. The main master suite surprised me for how big it was. Think double closets for both sides and an attached bathroom. There is a private terrace there as well. I stood out for a bit and took in the view down over the hillside, palms scattered below. The secondary master feels just as nice with a walk in closet and a bit of its own privacy. There is a lounge area up here for evenings when you want to wind down. Plus a massage room, which actually feels like a quiet spa space. Not every villa in Sharm el Sheikh will give you that.
Step outside and you feel how it all comes together. The pool out back is built long enough that you could swim real laps. There is a jacuzzi for those lazy afternoons and a big deck for everyone to stretch out. I saw a few loungers and imagined how easy it would be to lose track of time out there. The garden is really well cared for, lush and green, perfect for kids to run or a summer barbecue. Seems like every corner invites you to just relax and stay a bit longer.
Life at Four Seasons Private Residences means you get every perk: think resort style pools, proper wellness center, a spa, several dining spots where they learn your name, and even a PADI diving center if you are feeling adventurous. Good to know that full housekeeping and gardening come with the property and there is a concierge ready to help any time. The whole community just has a gentle, easy feeling. Evenings tend to be quiet, sometimes you see families walking or neighbors chatting on the path. You sense it is close and connected but never busy.
Sometimes you just need to see a place in person. If this five bedroom villa in Four Seasons Private Residences feels like it might be right for you, just reach out whenever you want. Happy to walk you through or answer any questions. At LuxuryProperty.com it is always about helping you find a place that fits your life, not the other way around.
