Some homes just have a certain comfort about them when you walk in. This five bedroom villa in B Villas at Living Legends, Wadi Al Safa 3, surprised me that way. First thing you'll probably notice is how open the whole place feels. I found myself wandering from the front door to the living area just looking out at the garden for a bit, and honestly, you forget how close you are to the city here. Uptown Motor City and the rest of the city aren't far either, but you still get this peaceful sort of bubble here that's sometimes hard to find.

Honestly, this villa is the sort of place you could move straight into if you want, or you could just as easily put your stamp on it and make it your own. It does not feel stuffy or showy. It's just a good, solid family home.
