Sometimes you just get a feeling about a place even before you reach the front door. This two bedroom apartment up on a high floor at Urban Oasis in Business Bay really did that for me. You step out of the lift and even from the hallway you can see this glow of the city outside. I think the first thing you might notice walking in is the amount of space. It is not just open, it is done in a way that feels inviting. You can imagine coming home after work and not feeling boxed in or cluttered. Someone actually thought about where you would eat, how you might relax with a book on the sofa, where friends would sit if they popped round for coffee.
The living area just mingles together with the kitchen and a dining spot. Honestly, it feels like a place where you would actually cook, not just reheat takeaways which is pretty rare in high rise properties in the city. I took a minute by the windows and you can see Business Bay almost spreading out beneath you. Sun pours in across the floors in the afternoon and the city kind of flickers alive at night. There is something about watching the city from this high up that makes weekends feel different.
Both bedrooms are a good size. You could really settle in. I have seen plenty of apartments where one bedroom turns into a forgotten storage room. Not here. Each one feels planned out for living with built in wardrobes and enough space for a proper desk or just to stretch out if you are working from home. The main bedroom has this en suite bathroom that actually feels like a small retreat. I noticed the fixtures and finishes are solid not showy. The hot water turns on quick and quietly. It just feels easy.
The amenities in Urban Oasis do stand out. There is a decent sized swimming pool that catches some afternoon sun if you want to relax outside. The gym is good too. I noticed people actually using it it is not just decorative equipment. There are some landscaped spots downstairs which are honestly pretty nice for just reading outside or waiting for a delivery. The building feels safe. There are people at concierge round the clock but it never feels intrusive. I have visited a few times different hours and always got a smile or a nod from staff.
One thing I like is you can walk out the front doors and in a few minutes you are at the Dubai Canal. It is a little thing but evening walks along the water end up being a regular habit here. There are coffee shops nearby where people from the building seem to linger. Sometimes you hear kids biking around in the evenings or see people out jogging. Downtown Dubai is close by. The Metro does not take long to get to either. If you work downtown you will probably skip the morning stress most days.
I guess what makes this apartment stand out is how close it is to everything but it still feels restful. You get the best of city living in Dubai and those skyline views but you also get small quiet moments. Plus it is just about ready for handover in a week or two. No endless waiting or construction noise. You could be setting up new furniture almost right away. The location just works whether you are on your own or have a small family. There is always something to do nearby but honestly you may find yourself wanting to just stay in some days.
The only way to know if this could be your spot is to look for yourself. Reach out if you want to walk around or see the view. My job at LuxuryProperty.com is to help your next place actually feel like home. Take your time and let us know if you have any questions.
