Some places just seem to slow you down. This two bedroom apartment at Greenside Residence in Dubai Hills Estate honestly does that the minute you walk in. There is a feeling of quiet when you step through the door and I found myself pausing for a moment just watching the sunlight come through those huge windows. You can tell right away that this is not the sort of home made to rush through. The light changes all day and the views honestly make you want to sit down with a book or your coffee and just watch the golf course outside. Sometimes you see golfers in the distance moving quietly across all that green space. In the morning the birds are busy. At night it gets soft and peaceful and it feels a world away from the busy parts of Dubai.

The space is just shy of twelve hundred square feet and it feels really well planned out. The living area is open but there is this feeling of coziness. Sometimes you almost forget your phone in these sorts of spaces.

There is an infinity pool that kind of just melts into the skyline and honestly it is one of those rare spots where you could really see yourself spending hours without realizing it. The pool deck is well maintained and a great place to just let the sun seep in for a while. If you have kids or even just visitors there is a proper play area that feels safe and clean. The podum deck has some really nice green landscaping as well and I noticed a few families out there on the weekend just relaxing. The fitness center is kitted out enough so you can keep your routine going and the indoor multipurpose room could be anything from a little hangout space to a spot for some yoga. You will always have a covered car parking spot and you do not need to worry about security since it is all pretty seamless and always present.

Being in Dubai Hills Estate makes a difference too. You are close to Dubai Hills Mall and there are international schools just minutes away, which is nice if that is on your list. Healthcare is just a short drive and so are some of the city's best dining spots. Even when you do need to head out elsewhere the main highways are nearby so it just feels easy to get around.
