Golf Homes, Arabian Ranches
Some homes just have a certain feel almost the second you step inside. This seven bedroom villa in Golf Homes at Arabian Ranches is definitely one of them. I walked in through the front door and just stood there for a moment, letting the cool air drift over that beautiful creamy marble under my feet. You can tell right away that this is a place meant for living, not just looking good in photos.
With over nine thousand square feet of covered space, you never really feel boxed in here. Sometimes big homes can feel a little empty but this place feels lived in. The rosewood that frames the entrance makes a good first impression and then you notice how the beige marble flows through the whole ground floor, catching the sunlight in a way that just warms up everything. I love how that wide family lounge seems to soak up the afternoon light but if you want a little more privacy there is another living area set off to the side where you can just curl up with a book and listen to the water from the courtyard. The water feature out in that central space is actually pretty soothing once you notice it. It just trickles away while you're making coffee or chatting with friends at the table.
The kitchen is big enough that you could honestly cook together and not get in each other's way. Rosewood cabinets, tons of storage, a huge island. It just feels easy to imagine making real meals here not just reheating last night's takeaway. Sometimes in these homes the kitchens are beautiful but not that practical but this one is definitely for someone who likes to get their hands dirty or host a proper dinner. And right next to it there is the formal dining space if you like a big meal with family but the casual mornings at the breakfast bar might be my favorite thing.
Even on the busiest days everyone can find their spot. There's a guest room on the ground floor that's being used as a home office right now but honestly it could work for grandparents or anyone who wants a bit of quiet away from the upstairs. The other bedrooms on this level all have their own bathrooms which just means you never have to wait in line for a shower.
When you head upstairs you'll notice the master suite is something special. They combined the original master with the family room so now it is this extra wide peaceful space with wooden floors and a balcony that faces right over the Arabian Ranches Golf Course. Sometimes I just catch myself daydreaming looking at that open green view. The en-suite is all polished stone and soft blue granite and really feels like a little spa. The fittings feel solid too. Nothing in this house feels like it's been rushed or done just for show. There are two more bedrooms up here as well each with their own bath plus a second maid's room tucked away which is handy if you have help at home.
Outside is where it really comes alive though. The saltwater pool stretches out across the terrace with fountains bubbling away and a Jacuzzi tucked in just off to the side. The whole terrace is done in cool stone that doesn't burn your feet even when the Dubai afternoon gets hot. The garden wraps around the villa and there's a pergola with ceiling fans and a built in barbecue. I stopped and listened for a while and you even catch the sound of birds and sometimes a golf buggy zipping by in the distance. There is a sports room out here too with a sauna so you can sneak off for a little quiet or get in a workout while the kids splash in the pool.
What gets me about living in Golf Homes is how private and quiet it feels even though you are really close to everything in Arabian Ranches. The golf club is just around the corner if you want to play a few holes after work and the coffee shop is never far if you need a quick escape. I've seen families biking in the evenings and sometimes you hear laughter drifting over from next door but never too loud. It all just feels easy.
Honestly the only way to know if this villa might feel right for you is to come have a walk through. If you have any questions or want to see it for yourself just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
