Golf Grove, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just seem to ask you to slow down for a second and notice how you feel when you step inside. This seven bedroom villa in Golf Grove, right at the heart of Dubai Hills Estate, is honestly one of them. It surprised me from the moment I pushed open the front doors. Even with the city never far away, there is something really peaceful about the way the garden opens up and looks straight out toward Dubai Hills Golf Course and then the Dubai skyline beyond. Early mornings are actually my favorite here. The sunlight pools on that marble under a chandelier and you find yourself pausing before you even take your shoes off. It is easy to see why villas in Dubai Hills Estate are so in demand but, even among those, this one feels a bit different.
The built up area on this property is huge at twenty one thousand five hundred eighty one square feet and the whole plot gives you thirty three thousand five hundred ninety four to make the most of. The sense of space is there as soon as you take a look outside. I spent a while just standing in the backyard pool area, watching the Burj Khalifa reflect on the water, and for a moment the whole city just goes quiet. Evenings and weekends could feel miles away from the busy world but you are never actually far from everything you might need. Dubai Hills Mall is close and there are always neighbors out for a walk or kids on scooters as the sun drops behind the skyline.
If you are looking for a furnished villa in Dubai Hills then I have to say, this one is ready for you. There are no empty echoing spaces here just rooms that feel lived in and warm but beautifully kept. Downstairs, the music room was a pleasant surprise for me. It is not something you find everywhere and I caught myself imagining family or friends winding down there in the evening. There are also two big living rooms and a dining area that gives you that open plan feeling but with little nooks for curling up with a book or just relaxing with coffee. And honestly the atmosphere is inviting. The kitchen is worth mentioning too. It actually feels ready for anything whether you are making dinner for everyone or just brewing coffee before heading out. Real Siemens appliances help a lot and you can tell people have actually cooked real meals here not just microwave snacks.
I did not expect the breakfast room to be such a favourite but the view just makes you want to take your time in the morning. Out back, the garden is not just a flat lawn. It has quiet corners for reading as well as open spots for parties or just letting kids run around. The landscaping is simple but clearly thoughtful and the pool feels private which is honestly rare in Dubai. Plus there is a rooftop terrace that really shows off those panoramic views of the golf course and Dubai skyline. Sunset brings everyone up there I bet.
Head upstairs and you will find seven bedrooms each with their own bathroom. And these are not just boxes they actually feel inviting. The main suite is especially bright and there is storage everywhere so nothing feels cluttered. Bathrooms are done up with BAGNODESIGN London fittings so everything feels comfortable and sturdy not too precious for everyday use. Even the upstairs lounge is set up for those quieter moments when you just want to escape downstairs noise.
The basement in this villa is something else. I see a lot of homes in Dubai Hills Estate but I do not usually find a cinema with proper seating, bar area, gym, sauna, and even a spot that could work as your own salon. The eight car garage is, frankly, a serious bonus.
Living in Golf Grove at Dubai Hills Estate means having community parks and coffee shops nearby and everything feels close but not crowded. The peace is balanced by easy access to the city. Sometimes it is so quiet you almost forget your phone for a while.
Best thing you can do is come and walk through it yourself. If you want to see what makes this house feel different or just have questions, you are always welcome to get in touch. At LuxuryProperty dot com we want to help you find the right space one that feels like home from the first step inside.
