Fairway Vistas, Dubai Hills, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes really slow you down the moment you walk in. This seven bedroom villa in Dubai Hills Estate does that right from the entrance. It was early afternoon when I last visited and there was this easy light coming in through the hallway windows. You just sort of want to stop for a second and take it in. The ceilings in the main entrance go way up—four meters if you care about numbers. Mostly though, it just feels open and kind of peaceful. Even with seven bedrooms, there is nothing cramped going on anywhere. The space settles you.
What grabs you first is the fact that it sits right on a corner plot by the golf course. The gardens out back spill outwards and if you stand on the terrace, you can actually hear birds from the course sometimes. You even catch a glimpse of the Burj Khalifa in the skyline from the right angle. It is a part of Dubai Hills Estate but this spot on Fairway Vista has its own feel. You probably will not ever walk by the same exact view twice because it all changes with the weather. Sometimes you get a bit of breeze and you hear a golf cart in the distance. School kids are biking in the evenings if you notice.
Inside, the villa is set up in a way that just makes daily life simple. On the ground floor, you have a guest bedroom tucked away for friends or family who visit, plus a really comfortable office right by the windows. The office has a kind of quiet that makes it easy to focus—honestly, it is one of my favorite little corners in the place. Just down the hall is a living room opening onto the main terrace. When the doors are open, the outside becomes part of the house. Sometimes on weekends, you could imagine sliding those doors back and doing breakfast in the garden, with not much sound except for someone mowing the greens nearby.
The kitchen is easy to love. It is not just for show either. There is a main show kitchen with those big clean countertops and more storage than you will probably ever fill. Off to the side, there is another kitchen where things can get a bit messier. If you like to cook or just want somewhere to make a real coffee in the morning, it works. The flow of the ground floor makes it easy for everyone to interact but not be on top of each other. There is even proper staff accommodation with room for three which matters more when you actually live in a villa this size. Garage is covered and holds three cars so no need to worry about Dubai sun beating on your car.
Upstairs, you will find five more bedrooms. Two of these are full master suites. Each room has its own bathroom so there are no awkward morning encounters waiting for a shower. The main master is special. It has his and hers dressing rooms—more like two separate walk-ins if I am honest—and a bathroom with a soaking tub looking out towards the golf course. The private terrace up here is the kind of place you could end the day just watching the sun dip. There is even a big family lounge on this level that makes for a perfect movie night zone or just a hangout space when you do not want to be downstairs.
The plot is huge by Dubai standards, sixteen thousand square feet spread out so kids or pets have plenty of room to play. I have seen cricket games and even lazy picnics on lawns like this. There is enough privacy here but still close enough that the coffee shop is never too far, the Dubai Hills Mall is up the road, and the community always feels safe cycling or going for an evening walk.
I think if you like the idea of a home that mixes comfort and open space, with golf course and skyline views, and room for everyone—plus a few friends—this part of Dubai Hills Estate is worth seeing in person. The only way to know if it really fits you is to walk through it yourself. Reach out if you want someone to show you around or just have some questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to keep it simple and comfortable when you are making such a big move. Would love to help you see if this seven bedroom villa feels like home.
