Custom-Built, Al Barari
Some homes really stop you in your tracks. This custom built villa in Al Barari is one of those. You step inside and there is just space everywhere the kind that makes you breathe a little deeper. It is big you know but somehow still feels comfortable right from the entrance. I found myself just pausing in the entryway looking up at these tall ceilings and feeling how natural the light is here in the day. Honestly it is hard not to imagine big family gatherings happening in these rooms. You can really see people talking over coffee by the kitchen or out in the garden in the early evening. Al Barari always has that peaceful energy with birds in the morning and sometimes you catch a breeze that smells faintly of jasmine.
The villa has seven real bedrooms plus space for more if you ever need it. Each one feels private and calm. Up in the master suite you get this sense of real luxury thick custom wood everywhere and those little details that you do not see just anywhere. Walk into the bathroom and it feels like a private spa probably bigger than plenty of apartments in Dubai. His and hers closets too just practical which is honestly a nice change. There is a sort of European sensibility to how the rooms have been put together you will notice good craft everywhere.
Down on the ground floor the living spaces feel set up for actual living not just showing off. The kitchen actually looks like someone cooks in it even though it has those high end brands like Miele Sub Zero and Wolf. If you love to cook or even just like big breakfasts this is the sort of kitchen that makes you want to try something new. There is also another kitchen tucked away which is always good if you have help or want to keep the main one spotless. The study has this big warm feeling with real wood paneling a fireplace you will probably actually use in winter and just enough quiet. It feels like a place where you could get work done or just read in the afternoons.
And then honestly the spa is huge. I stood there for a while once and you do feel a sort of peace with all the European grade equipment and soft lighting. It is rare to find this kind of feature so private in Dubai villas. Guests might never want to leave. If you ever want movie nights the home cinema in the basement is already set up for it with those cushy seats and sound that actually feels like a cinema.
As you go up what they call the flying staircase which really does float nice and open you reach more bedrooms each with its own vibe. The kids or guests will appreciate the light and privacy. The top floor has this gym that makes working out at home feel easy and it has lovely views all the way out as well as an art room which could become anything playroom studio you name it. Staff quarters are thoughtfully separated so everyone gets their own space.
Now outside the garden feels almost like a small park. It is green and grown in tall old trees and new plantings blend so you really get that Al Barari signature look. The pool stands out here with its sunken seating right in the water and a fireplace built in. I can picture late night conversations with friends swimming or just relaxing with a book. There is a pergola as well good for dinners outside or just listening to music on those warm Dubai nights. Out here the views get even better. You look towards Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab in the distance so the sunsets are something special.
The villa is unfurnished which I think is good since you can bring your own touches and really make it yours. The neighborhood always has a sense of community even though it is private. You sometimes see kids on bikes in the evenings and people out walking. Coffee shops are not far if you want to meet friends or just grab a quick breakfast. The space is immense twenty four thousand square feet built up and a plot that is even bigger so you always have room to grow or just breathe out a little.
The truth is pictures never quite show the feel of this villa. It is one you have to walk through and just see if it speaks to you. If you want to know more or just want company for a viewing reach out anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com we really do want your next move to be the right one for you and your family and we are always here to help you feel at home in Al Barari.
