Schools and fitness centers are within minutes and if you need to get to downtown Dubai or the marina the drive is surprisingly easy.
This is one of those rare homes in Dubai where it feels balanced between busy and peaceful. A place you could really settle for the long term. It is also an off plan resale so there are benefits for anyone thinking of investing or planning ahead for their family. The owner is quite motivated which does not always happen in such a prime area.
