There is something about Al Barari that feels different from anywhere else in Dubai. You hear it all the time, but honestly you know the moment you turn onto those leafy roads. I still remember the drive up to this villa in Al Barari Villas and slowing almost without meaning to. The whole community just eases you into the day. When you walk in here you just feel like the air is a little fresher somehow. 

This is one of the larger upgraded villas in Al Barari and with five bedrooms it does feel like a proper family home. You could have grandparents visiting for a month, kids running through the open spaces, and still have your own peaceful spot to read or think. The plot here covers about four thousand seven hundred square feet and the built up area is over sixty six hundred which is big even by Al Barari standards. There is a proper sense of space. High ceilings when you walk in make the light kind of float through the rooms. It never feels claustrophobic even when you close all the doors and windows and just want a quiet afternoon alone. 

It is unfurnished right now so you have a blank canvas to work with. Sometimes that feels a little daunting at first but for a lot of people it ends up being the best thing. You pick everything yourself instead of making do with stuff that never really fit the house. I walked into the main living area and you can almost picture how you would set up your couch to catch the sunset through those big windows and maybe a long table for those Friday family breakfasts. The floors have been upgraded and everything feels new and fresh. Even the walls have been finished in a way that feels simple but not too cold. 

The kitchen here is big enough for more than one cook. I noticed there are actually proper worktops so you can chop and talk at the same time maybe with a coffee steaming beside you. It is the sort of space where you might actually want to cook instead of just reheating something from the store. There is a maids room too obviously and it is tucked away for privacy. 

Upstairs you get all five bedrooms and each one catches a bit of sunlight in the morning. There are plenty of built in wardrobes so storage is surprisingly easy. Some of the bedrooms look straight out into the trees and you find yourself not really reaching for your phone in the morning. It is amazingly quiet up here as well. If you work from home you can actually hear yourself think. 

The backyard is big without being unmanageable. You could see a couple of orange trees going in along the wall or maybe just let the kids loose with a football. Evenings in Al Barari are special. I noticed people sometimes out walking their dogs and the kids from the neighbour villas biking or playing tag. The whole place just feels safe and easy. And the best thing is it never takes long to get to anything you need. The coffee shop is never out of reach and the schools are actually pretty close. 

The villa is vacant now so you could move in whenever it suits you really. Pricewise it is set at seventeen and a half million AED which honestly feels fair for what you are getting here specially in Al Barari where these bigger plots are getting hard to find.
