The big thing here for a lot of people is how simple it is to hop onto the main road and get anywhere in Dubai pretty quickly. Still, once you are back in the apartment up on a high floor, the world just feels a little further away in the best way.

Sure, the nine percent yield is appealing but more than that it is just a place where people stay longer. It is liveable and comfortable which matters more than numbers sometimes.
