LIV Waterside, Dubai Marina
Funny how you can walk into some places in Dubai Marina and immediately know you'd want to wake up there. That happened to me the first time I saw this one bedroom apartment at LIV Waterside. The marina views alone are enough to slow you down for a second. You might find yourself just standing by the glass, letting sunlight spill in and watching the ripples in the water or even a yacht passing quietly by. I honestly felt like you could lose track of time here in the best way.
Now you probably know, Dubai Marina is full of high rises and hotel brands and tall glass, but this apartment has got something a bit calmer going on. The layout is Type B and I noticed it feels open but not oversized. Just about right for one or two people if you want room to stretch out but not feel lost. With about 814 square feet, there is enough space for your own style without too much to clean or take care of. The way the light lands changes across the day here because of those proper floor to ceiling windows. One morning I watched the city wake up from the living room with a coffee in hand while birds zigzagged below the balcony.
Honestly it helps that it comes fully furnished. Not just the basics either but a proper furniture package from the developer. Sofas feel actually comfortable. The dining table is solid and makes you want to have friends over for dinner. Even the kitchen is one where you might cook something real instead of just using the microwave because the countertops are sleek and the drawers do not slam shut. Sometimes you hear all that fuss about modern fixtures but in this place it is really just thoughtful. The bathroom has that clean scent and the bedroom is bright but somehow manages to feel a little cozy too when you close the curtains at night.
The location really cannot be beat if you want Dubai Marina living. Step outside and you are right on the edge of the promenade so everything from coffee to groceries to weekend walks is right there. The building itself stands tucked in a quieter spot which means it is peaceful, but you can still feel the buzz of the marina life if you want it. Fridays usually mean you will see runners and strollers passing below or sometimes families taking photos by the water. The beach is not far either, maybe ten minutes if you are not rushing.
One of the things I noticed about LIV Waterside is that you actually get proper privacy. Plenty of apartments in Dubai Marina are packed in, but this one felt set apart without being isolated. Inside the building there is a real sense that people live here, not just rent for a week and vanish. The concierge actually chats with you and remembers your name. Security feels present but not in your face. The lifts are quick and quiet. You get your usual things like a gym and pool, but the little details are what make it feel safe and lived in.
If you are considering as an investment, there is a post handover payment plan. That means forty percent is already paid, and the rest is due when you get the keys which is set for October twenty twenty five. Makes it a bit easier on the wallet and you get in at off plan prices, which is pretty rare these days for something waterfront and new. Plus the area just keeps getting more popular every season. I have seen a lot of buyers looking for these ready to move in or turnkey style apartments, especially ones with real marina views.
The only real way to know if this one feels right is to walk through it. Look out at the water for yourself and maybe imagine your morning there. If you want to see it or just talk it over, I am always around to help. At LuxuryProperty.com, we really do just want your next move to feel relaxed and comfortable. Let me know if you have any questions or want to come by.
