The Thessaloniki Waterfront Promenade is close. If you like walking by the water in the evening or you want to go for a run it just makes it easier. And if you feel like a bit of history the White Tower and all those museums are not too far either. The local schools public transport and healthcare options are all around because this area is really established and feels lived in.

Thermae itself is a new development with thirty seven apartments so you get a sense of community but nothing too crowded. There is something nice about living in a building where you might actually learn your neighbors names if you want to. Construction is starting soon and everything is expected to be done by summer twenty twenty eight so it is a bit of a wait but sometimes that gives you time to plan the move or think about how you want it to feel when you do get the keys.

Places like this are not about hype or over the top luxury. They just feel right.
