One of the best things honestly is the balcony. It really runs the stretch of the apartment. I stopped there for a while and watched life on the boulevard, and some evenings I think you would want to just sit out and let the day wind down. With the high floor, you get that kind of sweeping view that never gets old. Sometimes you might just drop your phone on the table and notice how good it feels to sit still for once.

There is a pretty nice pool, and from what I have seen, the gym is way better than the average. If you have kids visiting or little ones with you, they have their own play area. Even a library tucked in and a yoga room which is not so common. Security is always around and helpful too which gives a bit of peace of mind. Plus if you are a fan of grilling, the BBQ area can be a fun spot for a weekend with friends.

You really cannot beat the location for Downtown. Walk out the front doors and you are right near the Dubai Mall, which makes coffee runs or quick shopping actually easy. The Burj Khalifa looks even taller when you are this close, and sometimes you will see families wandering over for photos in the evenings. Life is moving all around but somehow up here it just feels private. The Opera District has this creative vibe. If you are someone who loves theatre or art, you are going to fit in right away. They always seem to have something going on at the Dubai Opera, and living here you are close enough to decide last minute to catch a show or an exhibition.
