Brand New High-Floor Studio in The Palm Tower

Sometimes just standing in a place is all it takes and you get that feeling right away. That happened to me when I stepped into this studio on a high floor at The Palm Tower in Palm Jumeirah. The light comes through those big windows and honestly you just want to go over and take in that view of the Burj Al Arab for a while. It is the kind of spot where you almost forget to get your phone out to take a picture you just stand and watch Dubai go by outside. Everything is brand new here you can almost smell the fresh paint and you know no one has lived in it before. That is not always an easy thing to find especially right in the heart of Palm Jumeirah.

This studio actually knows how to make the most of its space. With five hundred and six square feet you expect it will be a bit tight but somehow it feels more open and airy than you would think. When I stood near the kitchen it looked not just like a spot to make coffee in a hurry but a small space where you could actually cook a real meal or just chop some fruit in the morning. The fittings look sharp and there is a nice built in feeling to the cabinetry. In the main living area you can see yourself curling up with a book or even just watching the world go silent after the sun goes down. Pull up the blinds and you have that skyline view with the Burj Al Arab glimmering off in the distance. Sometimes the sunset seems to just light everything up in gold for a minute or two.

There is really no need to worry about bringing furniture because this place comes fully furnished and fully equipped. Even things like the sofa and bed just feel right not showy or stiff like sometimes happens with new apartments. I think someone who wants to move in without the hassle of shopping for every last plate or lamp is going to love that. Plus you know if you travel a lot or do not want any fuss it just feels easy.

Life at The Palm Tower is kind of its own world. You get access to the Aura Sky pool and lounge which to me feels more like a day at a fancy resort than a regular morning swim. There are actually two more pools you can choose from one facing sunrise and the other where you can catch the last light of the day. The gym here is not one of those boring hotel fitness rooms people forget about people actually use it and it is fully kitted out. I saw a couple of folks heading right down to Nakheel Mall through the direct access and it only takes a minute so groceries or a quick coffee are never a problem. The Palm Monorail stops right by too which means you can get around without having to drive.

If you feel like making a special evening you have the St Regis hotel just downstairs with quiet lounges or restaurants and Sushisamba up on the roof. I think the idea of walking up and sitting by that rooftop infinity pool for lunch is something you never really get used to. It is just part of living here.

What I notice most is how life feels a bit simpler right here everything is close and the air smells different when the sea breeze comes through. You could call it an investment or just a place to call home either way it is easy to picture yourself in this studio for a while.
