The building itself at Soho is more than just somewhere to sleep. There is a gym that is honestly better than what you get in most hotels plus a spa with a steam and sauna. I did a quick peek at the pool up on the rooftop and that whole area felt like a spot you would want to hang out in after work. The infinity pool just kind of melts into the skyline and from up there you can see why the Palm is such a popular spot. There is even a play area for kids and you will notice every now and then a group of families downstairs in the evenings. It is a bit of a surprise maybe but the mood around this place is both lively and laid back.

One of the best things is that you are right on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. So you are super close to the Fairmont and Five for a proper brunch or if you just feel like meeting friends at Golden Mile Galleria. Nakheel Mall is never far off and it is nice knowing you do not have to fight traffic just to run out for coffee or do your errands. They are even going to be opening up retail spots and a restaurant right in Soho so eventually you will have almost everything right downstairs. If you have kids or just like being out for a walk you will see pretty quickly that Palm life is its own kind of community. Sometimes I notice people out walking their dogs or cycling in the evenings and it just feels easy.

At the end of the day this apartment is not just about ticking boxes or getting the most square feet for your money. It is really about that feeling when you close the door and you are home.
