Honestly I spent a bit just standing there with the door open kind of letting all that light and quiet sink in. The views you get through the windows are the first thing everyone notices. The dock is right there if boating is your thing or if you are that person who likes to just sip coffee and watch the water.

Tesla solar panels on the roof kind of surprised me in a good way. The property feels modern but it's not trying too hard. And even with all that privacy I always felt like every bit of Golden Beach convenience is just around the corner. Sometimes you can hear a family biking along the lanes outside. The coffee shop is probably five minutes depending how much you dawdle.
