M: We have a solid team structure and amazing company culture that ensures we deliver the best possible results for our clients, and this is often recognised through us winning awards.

C: I would say that we don’t really work towards the awards. Our brokers work really hard every day to better themselves and their own performance. The awards are just an add-on.

3. How do we get so much exclusive stock?

M: Our results. We deliver incredible results for our clients and we can show a clear path from initial meeting into a fully executed contract, which gives a client comfort with the whole process.
