There is just something about being up on a high floor that gives you a different view of the city. The Burj Khalifa is right in front so clear and close that every morning feels a bit unreal. I stood for a minute by the floor to ceiling windows and just watched Downtown wake up with the first bit of sun on the glass buildings. The noise of the city seems to fade away up here and it is mostly just soft light and the occasional hum from below. I cannot help thinking this is probably one of the best spots you could choose if you want full Burj Khalifa views every day.

This place is vacant and ready to move in. There is no need to wait or worry about someone else's renovation plans slowing you down. It is not furnished so you actually get to create your own story here and bring in your own pieces. I like that about it. Sometimes when a place is empty, you just start to picture where your things would go and how you might want to shape it. All three bedrooms are proper sizes with big windows letting in loads of natural light. Each has its own bathroom finished in marble and when I checked the showers the water pressure felt as strong as you would find in a nice hotel. There is so much storage built in with wardrobes in every bedroom so honestly if you have a lot of clothes or need to tuck away boxes of things you cannot let go of you are pretty much covered.

The kitchen feels like it will actually get used. It is not just for show. You have space for a family sized fridge and the kind of oven you might want for proper dinners or baking on the weekends. It opens right out onto the dining and living area so when you are cooking you are not cut off from everything else. I always think that setup makes evenings with friends or family much easier. You could open the windows and catch a breeze or just let the city views be your dinner backdrop. There is even a separate maid's room if you need the extra help with daily chores and a laundry room actually big enough to sort things out in, not just one of those tiny cupboards you see so often.

What really stands out every time I visit is that feeling of space. The whole apartment just feels open and bright. Even if you have been to a lot of Dubai apartments you will probably notice that there are not any awkward corners or strange dead spaces. It is 2245 square feet so you are getting a lot of room to spread out without feeling cramped. You can set up a home office or reading corner without sacrificing the main living space.

Outside your door the Address Fountain Views has one of the best podium levels in Downtown Dubai. I wandered around the infinity pool for a while just watching people stretched out with books and some kids splashing at the far end. There is a gym that always smells a little like eucalyptus from the spa nearby and if you just want a quick coffee before work there is a cafe on the ground level. Restaurant is also there so on days when cooking sounds like too much you are sorted. Kids seem to love it here with indoor and outdoor play areas and it is the kind of place where you hear happy noise drift up through the balconies.

One of my favorite things honestly is that you are directly connected to Dubai Mall. You can walk indoors whenever you like and suddenly you have cinemas, world famous restaurants, coffee shops, and every kind of store just steps away. Yet somehow when you come back home it still feels quiet. Like being right in the center of everything without the chaos.
