You've got elevator access so moving up and down between all the levels does not feel like a chore and there is parking for four cars so you never feel boxed in. The main living space has a fireplace too which is something you do not always see this close to the ocean and it is great for those cozy rainy evenings when you just want to unwind. The glass staircase is almost a centerpiece by itself. I found myself running my hand along the railing just out of curiosity because it catches the light differently throughout the day.

Something I really noticed about this villa is how it feels private even while you're so close to everything. You can pop out to a coffee shop pretty easily. Sometimes I watched kids biking along the paths in the early evening and people just seem relaxed around here. It is Florida living with the best of Miami at your doorstep.

For fun or just to change things up there is plenty. You get access to a real bowling arena which is honestly more fun with friends than you might expect. Ice skating is on hand if you feel like trying something different. You have a gym and spa close by to keep things balanced plus a proper beach club for when you want to take a swim that is a little less private than your own pool. If you have kids there are play centers that actually look like somewhere they would want to stay.
