Some homes just give you that clear ocean feeling even before you open a window. When I walked into this four bedroom villa at 360 Ocean Drive in Miami, I just stopped for a second. The sun fills up every edge of the space and you can actually see the waves shifting outside, almost like they are right there in the room with you.
This place sits on the southeast corner of the building so you get these long, unbroken views both over the ocean and the quiet blue bay. Early mornings are something special here. I caught the light slipping over the water and honestly, it almost makes you forget you live in Miami where life can feel a bit non stop. Here, it just slows down.
The first thing you notice is how big the space actually feels. With just under four thousand square feet inside plus this wraparound terrace that is over two thousand square feet, it is one of those places that turns any regular day into something sort of peaceful. I found myself pushing open the big glass doors and just standing out on the terrace for a while feeling the breeze. You see the cruise ships out in the bay and sometimes a few pelicans gliding past. At sunset, it is just a whole other mood.
The materials and finishes are not what you find everywhere. These floors are European white oak which feels warm underfoot even without needing rugs everywhere. The stone in the bathrooms and the entry just looks different here. I learned it is marble Vena Grigio honed and some Mosa black stone in places. So you get this soft mix of classic and modern without anything feeling overdone.
It is easy to see that everything was fussed over. Doors that actually close smoothly. Hinges and trims that are specially made for this place. The furniture and interiors are all from Santiago Bernal Design so it does not feel like a copy paste showhome. Everything seems to fit together in this subtle kind of way so you just relax into it.
The kitchen is where you actually might want to cook something real. All Snaidero cabinetry and a big quartz island that has room for actual friends. You can make coffee before heading out to the private beach or fix up a quick snack after the gym. Plus you control almost everything with a touch. Lights, music, shades, the Crestron system just makes it all sort of effortless.
Bathrooms are finished with real marble and upgraded cabinetry that feels sturdy and space for getting ready does not feel tight. There are these little touches you will notice only when you walk through, but trust me, they matter.
Your morning routine could start with a swim in the private pool or just a coffee on the shaded side of the terrace watching the ocean roll in. Later, the gym and spa are easy to get to. Concierge and valet actually make life easier too, not just words on a page. Four parking spaces plus a spot just for your golf cart means guests can visit and no one has to play musical chairs with cars.
Being at Oceana KB honestly means you get one of the newest and most full service addresses in all of Key Biscayne. The building has that understated Miami luxury vibe where you see people in flip flops as often as business suits. The beach is right there when you need a break or want to watch the sunset with a few neighbors who just get it.
You really just have to be here to feel how all of this connects. Pictures help, but the steady sound of the surf and the softness of the light in each room is different in person. If you think it might fit the life you want in Florida then I am happy to show you around or answer anything at all. At LuxuryProperty.com we think a new place should feel easy right away and maybe even like you have been here once already. Reach out whenever you want and we can walk through it together.
