Some homes just settle your shoulders down as soon as you step inside. This two bedroom apartment at The Ritz Carlton Residences Creekside really does that. I walked in and right away the first thing that hit me was the sheer amount of space. Light pours in from the big windows and you get that proper Dubai Creek feeling watching little boats go past. It is not every day you spot the Burj Khalifa standing in the distance like that either. Sometimes it is almost hard to believe this is all just outside your door. You do hear a bit of gentle city noise if you listen for it but honestly it is mostly birds and the wind in the trees along the Creek.
So you start in this genuinely welcoming living and dining area. There is so much room to actually breathe and move. You can imagine big evenings with friends here or just lazy Sunday mornings with the French press on the counter. The kitchen is semi open and honestly it feels like a spot where you would want to cook for real. There is a breakfast counter too where you can sit and scroll through the morning news or just drink your coffee while the city wakes up outside. The apartment has a guest bathroom which makes life easier, plus a good powder room tucked around the corner. Laundry is easy too thanks to the proper laundry room and if you ever need extra help there is a maid's room with its own en suite so privacy stays intact.
The bedrooms are set off at the end of the apartment so it feels a bit like your own sanctuary. Both are pretty big and you will find space for almost all your things, even if you have quite a lot of clothes. The master suite is the sort of place you actually want to linger in, especially since the walk in closet makes getting ready a breeze and the bathroom has double sinks which makes the morning rush feel less chaotic. You can step right out onto the terrace from the master suite too. That is something you will use. The secondary bedroom is honestly not much smaller and even has a built in wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which stops a lot of morning squabbles especially if there are kids or guests around.
And the terrace runs along one side of the apartment so you can step out from the living area as well. I honestly stood there and just looked out for a while. The Creek has that calming effect and every now and then you almost forget your phone in your hand. Evenings out here are something else especially when the city lights start to come on and the Burj sparkles a bit in the distance.
It is not just the apartment either. Living at The Ritz Carlton Residences means there is a concierge always ready to help or make a restaurant booking if you do not feel like cooking. The Residents Club is a nice surprise. Some residents sneak in a quiet movie at the little cinema or grab a dish at the Michelin starred restaurant right downstairs. There is a proper gym so you do not have to venture far for a workout and the KETURAH wellness centre is honestly worth a visit or three. The spa treatments are something people talk about even outside Dubai. And then all the small luxuries are just built into daily life like pet grooming for your four legged friend or someone to help manage your travel bookings.
When I was there you could spot a few neighbours strolling along the Creek in the evening and a couple of kids riding bikes not far off. The coffee shop is never too far if you want a proper morning out. Everything just feels quite easy and calm without being isolated or quiet in a dull way.
The only real way to know if it fits you is to come have a look and see how it feels in person. If you have questions or just want to take a walk through the place let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
