Sometimes around sunset you see neighbours out for walks and the whole area gets this nice golden glow. It just feels safe and friendly.

Living in Springs 12 means more than just the home itself really. You get access to a pretty well kept communal pool for when you want to swim laps or just let the kids play. The parks here have real grass and trees, not just sand, which seems like a little thing but makes a difference on hot days. There is a proper children playground too. Security is always around but they are easygoing. I have found the local shops and coffee places are literally just up the road and you honestly do not need to plan an outing to get groceries or grab a haircut. Even if you need to commute, access to Al Khail Road is close so you are never stuck for long.

What I really noticed is that the whole community has a relaxed pace. You get to know the people on your street and sometimes you see kids riding their bikes after dinner or families out with dogs. Everything just feels settled and easy.
