The streets are quieter than you might expect so sometimes you almost forget you are still inside Dubai.

Getting around is easy. You just slip onto the main roads and you are downtown or at the beach in no time. The whole estate feels pretty well connected and safe. It is the sort of community where you get to know the faces at the coffee shop and sometimes wave at the same people every morning.
