This two bedroom apartment up on a high floor at Palace Residences, right in the middle of Dubai Creek Harbour, gave me that feeling as soon as I stepped in. I found myself stopping by the living room windows for a while, just taking in the views across Vida Waterfront. Honestly, light fills up this place in a way that makes even ordinary mornings feel a little better.

The landscaped parks around the building make evening walks a thing, especially after dinner. You see all kinds of people strolling by, some with coffee in hand and sometimes you spot couples heading to the waterfront restaurants. It really does feel like a community where people get to know each other. The shops and cafes downstairs mean you almost never need to get in your car if you don't want to. Whether it's fresh bread, takeaway coffee, or just somewhere to sit with friends, the options are right around you.

One of the best things about this location is how it connects you to Dubai's main spots. Downtown is actually just a few minutes away by car or cab, so whether it is for work in the morning or a night out, you never feel far from the action. Still, once you get back here, you have the peace from the Creek and the green spaces all around. Dubai Creek Harbour is changing fast, but it is holding on to that relaxed waterside feeling with the bonus of new shops and endless dining choices popping up every few months. If you walk along the promenade in the evening, sometimes you forget your phone in your pocket and just watch the boats go by.

Being vacant, this place lets you move in straight away. I always think it is easier when you do not have to wait. With the size and views here, and the fact that you really can live without compromise, it is good value compared to many in Dubai Creek Harbour.
