Kids on bikes, couples with takeaway coffee in the evenings, you'll always spot a few regulars if you look for them.

Getting around from DAMAC Heights is easy too. If you need to go to work or head out for shopping, the transport links are right there. I think that's partly why people love this spot so much you can slip into a bit of city energy when you want, but come home and have the water and calm around you.
