It always surprises me how a city place can feel this peaceful and still be so close to everything. The first thing that hit me was all the light just pouring into the room. I even caught myself standing by the window watching the city go by and it is just something you do not do everywhere.

The apartment is fully furnished. Not staged, not stiff. It actually feels like you could just show up with a suitcase and be set. The open plan living space gives you enough room to move around without that boxed in city feeling. You will probably find yourself just sitting down and letting the day slow right down. I have seen kids running around the gardens on my last visit and there is a play area as well which keeps things lively but not too crowded. There are also wellness spaces with a sauna and steam room which feels like an extra little plus on those days that get a bit busy.

Location wise I probably do not have to tell you how convenient Business Bay is. You have Downtown five minutes down the road. Easy access if you ever need the metro. Getting to Sheikh Zayed or Al Khail is quick and you are tucked just far enough into the neighbourhood that it feels more relaxed but never too far from your morning coffee run or the new little cafes that keep popping up nearby. Parking is easy and you always feel looked after with the concierge and security on site twenty four seven. Neighbours come and go but there is always a sense of community when you walk out to the lobby or head towards the lifts.

You know honestly sometimes you almost forget your phone here. Probably the light or just something about the energy of the building that lets you slow down for a second.
