Sometimes you walk into a home and get that easy feeling right away. That happened to me in this four bedroom villa in the Mediterranean Clusters in Jumeirah Islands. It is not just the size of the place even though you do get a real sense of space the moment you step inside. The villa opens up with a light and relaxed atmosphere and I found myself drifting slowly across the marble floors pretty quickly forgetting about the outside world. Honestly sometimes you almost forget your phone is in your pocket here.

It is a proper family home. You have about five thousand five hundred square feet of living space which feels generous without being overwhelming. Mornings are quiet here. If you wake up early you might catch a bit of sun on the balcony or just stand by one of the big windows and watch the lawns and the garden waking up outside. The kitchen surprised me because it does not feel like a staged showroom. There is enough counter space to actually cook full meals and even if you are only heating up leftovers it does not feel odd. You will notice all the appliances are new and not just for show. Someone who loves to cook or even just entertain guests will appreciate the setup.

Every bedroom has built in wardrobes which makes putting things away a lot less of a headache. Jumeirah Islands is one of those communities where the pace is slower and kids bike in the evening and the neighbors wave hello. There is plenty of green wherever you look and community views that somehow just slow you down a bit.

A private recording studio is a rare touch if you are into music or just want a quiet creative room. There is also a maid's room and a private garage so everyone is covered. Parking worries really disappear here since you have plenty of space and even covered spots for extra protection on strange weather days. Security is a given and you always feel like your privacy is respected. The villa is unfurnished at the moment but that means you really get the fun job of making it feel like your own. It is vacant and ready to rent right away with a single cheque if that makes life easier.

Living in Jumeirah Islands is about as close to peaceful as you get in Dubai but you are still near everything important with the city never too far. The coffee shop is never far off either actually and the school run is usually quick. Community feels real here not just a word people use and people tend to stay because it simply feels comfortable and settled.
