Whenever I come into this three bedroom apartment at The Address Sky View Towers in Downtown Dubai, right away I just take a minute to look out those big windows. The building is as central as it gets in Downtown and honestly it has that buzz you want from city living but as soon as you are in the apartment, things get calm and kind of peaceful. The living area feels really open but also somehow cozy, so even when you are surrounded by skyscrapers you do not feel boxed in at all. I keep coming back to the windows because they really do bring the city in but keep the noise down and you do not even need to turn on the lights during the day.

You have got this fitness center right downstairs it is never too crowded and sometimes after a workout, I will head to the spa just to wind down. The infinity pool looks out over all of Downtown so even a quick swim turns into a moment you remember. You will also notice you are steps away from some of the best shopping at Dubai Mall and honestly, if you feel like going for dinner or just grabbing a coffee with friends the options are almost unlimited. Sometimes I just walk down to the Boulevard and people watch, see the families pushing strollers or tourists taking selfies. It is a friendly place, and even though it is so central you get these pockets of quiet if you know where to look.

The apartment is unfurnished so you get to make it your own from the floors up. Move in ready and looked after, it is a fresh start. The price is set at five hundred seventy thousand dirhams for the year which for a high floor spot with these views in Downtown Dubai feels like a solid value especially given the access you get to all the amenities and the actual lifestyle that comes with this address.
