There's a gym that people actually use and it faces out over the city which makes early starts a bit easier honestly. If you like a good coffee or a snack the cafe in the lobby is solid and you never walk far for anything really. Dubai Mall is just over the road you can cut across the covered walkway if it's too hot and you end up with an endless choice for shopping. Or just a bit of people watching if that's your thing.

What I also like about this place is how many different people you see coming and going. Here you get families and professionals and people who are new to Dubai so it never feels empty. Sometimes in the evenings there are kids playing down in the plaza and you hear music from a nearby restaurant. It's that Downtown Dubai way of life lots going on but you still have your quiet up above it all.
