1-bedroom apartment for rent at Dubai Creek Residences in DCH

Not every apartment feels like home right from the start but I have to say there is something about this 1-bedroom apartment for rent at Dubai Creek Residences in Dubai Creek Harbour. Maybe it is the way light just fills the space no matter the hour or how the water view keeps distracting you when you try to focus on anything else. The building sits high above the marina and you really do get those open city and water views when you look out from the bright living area. I found myself just standing by the big windows for a while because you get this calm almost breezy feeling from up here. You might hear a bit of marina sounds below now and then but honestly it only makes you want to get out and walk along the promenade which you can actually do in just a couple of minutes. 

This is a proper one bedroom layout but it does not feel boxed in or tight. There is real space to set up how you want. I noticed the kitchen is fully equipped and actually feels like you could spend time cooking here not just heating things up. And because it is open a bit to the living space the conversation just sort of flows through the place especially if you have someone over for coffee or maybe just dinner after work. It feels easy. 

The bedroom really surprised me for a city flat because it is spacious and actually has room for more than just a bed and a side table or two. Plenty of natural light comes in there as well so if you like waking up with the sun you will absolutely notice that first thing. You do get a second bathroom which is always useful whether you have friends dropping by or just want a bit more comfort to your routine. The good thing about having a high floor apartment in Dubai Creek Residences is that you can leave the noises of the city below when you want just peace after a long day. Still when you want to head out it is all pretty close. 

Marina access is just there and sometimes it is nice just to walk a bit by the water especially in the evenings. Families and kids are usually out on their bikes or just strolling along. The building location is really good if you like being close to cafes and restaurants. Seriously there is always something new to try around here or you can find a quiet spot for a regular coffee where the staff start to recognise you after a while. If you have got friends driving over for a visit there is basement visitor parking which actually comes in handy more often than not. I have also found that the visitor parking is pretty easy to access so you are not struggling with directions. 

Direct access to the main road means you are not stuck in back streets trying to get in and out. If you work in the city or just want to get around Dubai quickly this is one of those little things that just makes the day flow better. And you are never more than a couple of minutes walk from the Dubai Creek Marina or the promenade which is great if you want to grab some air or get your legs moving before starting your day. 

The water view is something I keep coming back to because it sort of changes with the time of day. Sometimes it is full of boats moving in and out and sometimes its really quiet and peaceful. It is almost like having living artwork right outside your windows. Plus there is always birdlife to watch if you are into that. 

So really it is about the way the space fits into your routine and not just how it looks in a photo.
