The Palm has recently seen a flurry of activity, namely with high end apartments, with transaction volume seeing a year on year increase of over 80%. Despite its popularity, or perhaps in part due to it, there is a severe lack of stock affecting the market. As a result, prices have increased by 10.09% year on year.
