There is a private beach club right down the steps so you never have to load up the car or search for space on the sand. I have noticed people just drop in for an hour or two whenever they need it. If food is your thing the five restaurants nearby and round the clock room service mean you rarely need to leave. Saturday morning coffee in bed is totally normal here. Outside the front door Miami is always waiting if you want the energy of the city. In the community though life feels simple. Morning walkers know each other and you often see kids riding their bikes at sunset. It is not always quiet because there is just enough activity to keep it interesting but it is steady and relaxed.
