Sometimes you walk into a place and it just puts you at ease right away. That is what happened to me the first time I visited this three bedroom apartment at Regent Pool Club Residences Baia in Porto Montenegro. Maybe it is the light, maybe it is something about the air coming off the Adriatic Sea because you actually smell the salt if you open the windows for a bit. It just feels real and lived in, even though everything inside looks fresh and beautifully kept.
You will notice the views right away. From almost anywhere in the apartment, the sea and those blue green mountains are in your sight. It almost looks like a painting, honestly. I stood at the balcony and found myself just looking out for a while, watching small boats drift past and then realizing I had been standing there longer than I meant to. The balcony is wide enough that you could actually have a few friends out for coffee or watch the sun set with a glass of something cold. It is the kind of outdoor space people hope for when they move to the coast.
Inside, the whole place feels open and easy to move through. Tino Zervudachi put together the interior so you get this Italian Riviera vibe, but not in a way where you would feel out of place sitting on the couch or putting your feet up. The wood flooring and light walls work with the furniture that is smart but not fussy. There is a lot of natural light, and you might find—like I did—that you end up putting your phone away and just relaxing when you are here.
The kitchen is set up for real cooking. I am serious about that. Sometimes show apartments look nice but you can tell nobody would ever cook there. But here, I could see someone actually prepping pasta or making breakfast. The appliances are all there, easy to use, and there is space to move around while you cook. It connects over to the dining space, and from there you still look out at the view. Even if you are just grabbing a snack, you get that feeling of being somewhere special.
The three bedrooms feel just right for families or maybe if you want an office and a guest room. The spaces are quiet, and sometimes, if you open the window in the main bedroom, you get a fresh breeze coming in. Waking up here just feels different, honestly. The bathrooms have a clean, simple look, with everything you need where you actually want it. Nothing feels cramped or tucked away in a corner.
You are connected to the Regent Hotel, which is honestly pretty convenient. If you feel like breakfast in the hotel's cafe or want to swim in the big pool instead of just the resident one, that is easy. The walkway makes it feel like one big community but your apartment is still private and quiet when you want it that way. Security is twenty four hours, so you do not worry about anything at all.
Life here has that waterfront feeling but with just the right amount of things happening nearby. Stroll down to the shops at Retail Village or watch the boats in the Marina Village. I have seen families hanging out in the courtyard, and sometimes you see kids riding bikes in the evening breeze. You are well connected to three airports and you can actually get to places like Venice or across Europe without any headache. Plus, the coffee shop is never far when you want something warm in the morning.
It is hard to explain every little thing that makes this serviced apartment in Porto Montenegro feel right. And honestly, sometimes you do have to stand in the space yourself to know if it fits your everyday life or your plans. Ask your questions or if you want to just have a look, reach out any time.
