This Maple villa sits in what I think is one of the nicest spots in Dubai Hills Estate. Maple 1 has always had more of a tucked away kind of vibe. It is not far from everything you need, but when you are home, you are not really in the buzz of the community. You'll notice birds in the mornings and the quiet hum of a gardener every so often which, oddly enough, is pretty soothing on the weekends. Stand in the backyard for a bit and you are surrounded by greenery as far as you can see. Sometimes you spot neighbours walking their dogs or you hear kids laughing as they race along the pathways after dinner. Living in Dubai Hills Estate is a bit of a bonus on its own. Green parks everywhere, the golf course is literally minutes away, and the gym and pool are close by. Plus, the coffee shop is always temptingly near if mornings need a boost. Everything feels close, and—maybe it is just me—the community has this sense of people looking out for each other. Even later at night, there are always folks out walking or chatting.
