Currently, construction is under way for three schools in Maple. In the meantime, residents can look to enrol their children in different education institutions around the community. For nursery going kids, Cherry Town Nursery will be the ideal option as it is located in the nearby community of Al Barsha. For school going kids, the prestigious Gems Wellington International School on Al Marabea Street (8 minutes away), American School of Creative Science in Al Barsha (15 minutes away) and King’s International School also in the vicinity of Barsha. For higher education, residents can look into the different universities located in Dubai International Academic City.

Quality healthcare can be found near the Maples area. Nearby options include Aster Clinic in Al Barsha, King’s College Hospital at the east exit of Al Khail (reachable in under 10 minutes), Emirates Hospital in Jumeirah (at a distance of 15 minutes) and Al Zahra Hospital in Al Barsha 1.

It is at a 10 minute drive from Dubai Hills Golf Club, 20 minutes from Downtown district, a further 18 minutes from Al Barsha South; while Dubai Marina and Dubai International Airport can be reached in under 25 and 30 minutes respectively
