The building itself is something else. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design because you get full resort style amenities but it never feels crowded. Whether you fancy a swim or just want to laze by the pool you get that five star feeling without needing to leave home. There is a proper gym here too not just a small room stuffed with machines. Some folks actually use it every day before work. Security is just there in the background not in your face. It all feels easy. Plus you have all the advantages that come with living at Palm Jumeirah. You are fifteen minutes from most places in Dubai and somehow it still feels private.

Unfurnished places like this do not come around very often especially with this much space. And honestly you have to walk around it yourself to get the feel it gives.
