Tall windows, up to date equipment and even at busy times it never feels packed. And if you need some fresh air, the marina walkway has enough benches to just sit and let the day slide by if that is your thing.

Another thing I noticed is you can actually move in straight away. No waiting around. The apartment is vacant, so if you are the kind of person who cannot stand to wait, it is ready and the price is open for a chat which takes some pressure off. Coming back here after a day in the city just feels like stepping back into your own quiet space above it all.
