I remember opening the door and almost forgetting the reason I came by in the first place, because I just wanted to look around for a minute. The marina views grab your eyes right away. What is really nice about Trident Bayside you will notice is how close everything is. Marina Walk is almost at your doorstep honestly convenient for a jog or lazy walk any time of day. The Beach is close enough for spontaneous weekend plans. Sometimes you will catch the smell of food from one of the restaurants drifting up on a Friday night. Marina Mall is never far for groceries or when you need to escape the heat for a bit. If you have kids there is actually a little play area in the building you will see them playing in the late afternoons. It is a real community here security is on point and the concierge team just makes things smooth. Forgot your keys or need a parcel collected someone is always there to help.

The gym is actually used by people who live here not just a room with weights nobody touches. The pool catches the sun most of the afternoon so it is pretty much the perfect spot post work or on weekends. 

One of the best parts is that this apartment is vacant and unfurnished so you can come in and do it your way.
