About this property
Some homes just feel easy to love as soon as you walk in. I remember stepping inside this three bedroom villa in Sidra Villas at Dubai Hills Estate with the late afternoon sun coming through the front windows and honestly for a minute it was so peaceful I almost forgot about my phone. There is something about being on a corner plot right opposite the park that slows you down a bit. Each room seems to pick up that calm quiet from the trees outside.
This villa is not just a promise for the future. It is ready right now. Nobody is living in it so there is no waiting around or needing to rush anyone out when you want to move in. Actually you feel it most the moment you walk through the door. The plot just feels roomy and there is more than enough space if you have a family or you like to stretch out. Built up is around 3,102 square feet but there is never a boxed in feeling. I walked right through into the living room and stepped out onto the terrace. If you stand there for just a minute you get this uninterrupted view of the park and open sky. In the evenings it feels like an outdoor living room. You could imagine spending loads of evenings just sitting there maybe catching up or just listening to the birds.
The kitchen surprised me a bit actually. Often in newer villas you see kitchens that look perfect but do not feel real but here it actually feels like somewhere you would make a proper breakfast or cook dinner with friends standing around chatting. There are modern finishes but nothing is fussy or delicate. Light comes in from the windows so even on quiet mornings you feel connected to the outside. In the living and dining area the floor to ceiling marble gives off this really clean understated look. Not flashy but it makes everything feel crisp.
When you head upstairs the bedrooms all got plenty of space. No arguing over which is best because every room has big windows and lots of natural sunshine. Closets are just done in a simple way so you do not have to fit your drawers around someone else's style. The maids room is tucked away enough that it works for anyone whether you have help staying or just want some extra storage. I always check bathroom water pressure and here it is actually good. You notice that it all feels finished and somebody cared about getting it right. Not something you see everywhere in Dubai Hills Estate.
Living opposite the park has its own little perks you do not really think of until you are there. I saw some families walking their dogs and a couple of kids biking just after dinner. The vibe is relaxed and not showy at all. In the morning you even hear birds a bit more than you hear cars which is a rare thing in Dubai. This bit of Sidra Villas feels lived in not just developed. School runs feel a lot easier because parks schools and nurseries are right there in the community. Golf lovers will like that Dubai Hills Golf Course just down the road so you are never far from a green view or a peaceful walk. Shopping is simple too with the mall only a quick drive away and the coffee shops are all within reach so you are never stranded for your morning fix.
Honestly after standing in the villa for a while you just settle in. It feels like a real home. The only way to know if it is right is to come see it for yourself. If you have questions or you just want to take a slow easy walk through this vacant Sidra villa on the corner opposite the park just let me know.
