Some places just sort of let you breathe when you walk in. That is honestly how it felt the first time I stepped into this studio apartment at Kensington Waters in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Maybe it is the way the sunlight falls across the floor through those full height windows or maybe it is just how open everything feels here. Meydan has changed a lot lately and you can tell things are only getting better. There is a mix of quiet and energy that makes you feel that you are really living in one of Dubai's up and coming addresses.
This studio is actually bigger than you expect at first glance. You cannot help but look at the windows. From the main living area you can see a little slice of Dubai outside and when you leave them open in the morning you get a soft breeze that makes coffee taste even better. There is something about waking up in a space like this where all you have to do is pull the curtains and your whole day gets lighter. If you like to tinker in the kitchen or at least try, you'll find the kitchenette feels like a real place you could cook up something half decent, not just warm up leftovers. The cabinets are good looking but they are also practical so you do not have to worry about where to put anything. It is all quite simple and that honestly makes life easy.
You will notice the bedroom space just flows in naturally. No doors bothering you or awkward corners. There is a big fitted wardrobe that actually holds more than you expect. If you are someone who likes to keep things tidy or maybe even show off a little bit of style, it really works. And honestly with this layout you can invite friends over and not feel cramped. You could even set up a tiny work area near the window if you are working from home or just want to stare outside between emails.
Now, in Kensington Waters the amenities are genuinely impressive. You have a steam room and sauna for that end of day relax moment and even a cold room if you are into that whole wellness thing. On hot Dubai days the splash water park and the pool downstairs are a godsend. There is a proper gym, not just the usual token room with a couple machines, and you have a two storey clubhouse that gets used by the community quite a bit. There is even charging for electric cars in the parking which not everywhere in Dubai has yet. Most of the time you spot neighbors coming in from a run or see a couple kids darting over to the pool. It all feels pretty welcoming. Sometimes you even see folks grabbing a quick coffee together downstairs which just makes it feel less lonely.
Getting around could not be easier. Downtown and DIFC are just a short drive away and it is roughly ten minutes if you need to catch a flight at Dubai International. So for anyone who needs to move between work and home quickly or loves heading out for dinner or the weekend, it could not be more convenient. The roads here are never as busy as right in the heart of Dubai and there is always parking so you end up saving time.
Honestly what I like most is you can make this studio anything you want. If you are buying your first place and want something that is easy to keep up or even if you are thinking of it as an investment, it feels right. Meydan is only going to grow so you will not be the only one seeing the value go up. Plus there are always guests or friends around but it never gets loud.
You really have to see it in person to know if it fits you. Reach out any time if you want to come take a look or if you just want to chat and ask questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next move in Dubai to feel easy and comfortable, just like this studio does.
