You are also close to schools so mornings are not too rushed. Nurseries, supermarkets, and some handy coffee spots are always nearby. And just down the road you get fast access to E311 and Hessa Street so getting to other areas of Dubai is no trouble.

The villa itself is one of the bigger layouts so there is room for everyone and the plot means you do not really feel neighbours breathing down your neck, which, honestly, is rare. It is a proper family space but works for anyone who likes having friends over or needs home offices or a gym or maybe an art room. Plus if you ever wanted to make changes there is enough room to play with.
