The two-floor main villa measures about 240 sq m (2,583 sq ft); it is in great condition and still boasts the traditional Tuscan elements like original brick flooring, exposed stone walls, antique fireplaces, brick archways, and wooden-beamed ceilings. Air conditioning has been added to most bedrooms in addition to ceiling fans.

There are two studio apartments with their own individual entrances attached to the main villa: one includes a studio/living room, one-bedroom, and a bathroom, and the other consists of one bedroom and a bathroom.

The main villas ground floor has a classic elegant Tuscan dining room with exposed stone walls and wooden-beamed ceilings that opens onto the beautifully paved garden patio with spectacular views of the countryside. The ground floor also has a kitchen with a large professional stove consisting of 6 stove burners, two living rooms (both with a precious antique fireplace), one studio, one bathroom, and a laundry room.
