There's even a real vegetable garden going. Kids would probably love this part—sometimes you even see butterflies and the air smells like flowers after it rains. The whole property is walled in so it has a sense of privacy and yes, there is a full security system with CCTV and alarms if that helps you breathe easier.

On the tech side everything you would want is here—utilities, high speed fibre optic internet, TV, all up and running. You could work from here if you wanted an island life but still needed to be connected. Some people actually do. Eden Island and the coffee shops are close enough if you want a little bit of buzz, but it is easy to just stay home and relax.

You come here for the sea view—no doubt about that. It is always there beyond the gardens.
